2. Thirty-Day Return Policy: If you experience any concerns with your pyramid within thirty days of purchase, you may return it to us for a replacement, also free of charge.

3. Lost or Misdelivered Packages: In the event of a lost or misdelivered package due to errors by the courier, please inform us promptly, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

4. Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled as long as the shipping label has not been printed, typically within 48 hours of order placement.
